I’m a real estate entrepreneur, corporate strategist, and most importantly — a mom on a mission.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, leading global projects at one of the world’s largest agriculture and manufacturing companies. I’ve built cross-functional teams, streamlined operations, and solved complex problems — all while raising a family and running a household.
Now I’m channeling that experience into something of my own: Becker Premier Properties.
This business isn’t just about real estate. It’s about freedom — for me, for my family, and for the people who invest with me. I started it because I wanted to create a legacy, build time freedom, and help others tap into the kind of long-term wealth I once thought was out of reach.
I’m not here to play small. I’m here to lead with transparency, execute with excellence, and deliver results through relationships that last.

Matt Picheny
I’m fortunate to be working alongside Matt Picheny, a seasoned real estate investor, coach, and best-selling author of Backstage Guide to Real Estate. With over 15 years of experience revitalizing communities and investing in more than 10,000 apartments nationwide, Matt brings an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise to our work together.
Beyond real estate, he’s an international speaker, a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer, and a former digital marketing executive who has worked with Fortune 500 companies. His insights have been recognized by Forbes, Fast Company, and the American Apartment Owners Association.
Matt has been instrumental in guiding me through my first real estate deal, providing strategic direction and valuable industry connections. His collaborative approach and commitment to elevating communities align perfectly with my vision for Becker Premier Properties, making him an invaluable part of this journey.
Marcin Drozdz
I’m also privileged to be working with Marcin Drozdz, an expert in raising capital and structuring real estate deals. With years of experience in private equity and a strong track record in multifamily acquisitions, Marcin has built a career helping investors scale their portfolios and secure funding for large-scale projects.
His entrepreneurial journey—from humble beginnings to leading high-level real estate transactions—has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in the industry. Beyond investing, Marcin is passionate about mentorship and sharing the strategies that have helped him and others grow in the space.
